Editor's Note: Four articles were eliminated for not complying with the requirements of the regulation, some more could be eliminated if the same as the previous ones were confirmed. The prizes will be in Uruguayan pesos. The original articles published in 2004 and 2005 will compete. The tribunal will be formed in the first quarter of 2006. After the task of the tribunal is completed, the date of the awards will be reported in the next publication. The decision will be communicated on the day of the awards ceremony, being secret until that moment and known only to the court.
