Laparoscopic cholecystectomy and trans-cyst papiloplastia in a patient with severe hemophilia
Acerca de un caso clínico
Abstract
Introduction: hemophilia implies an alteration of coagulation which requires a multidisciplinary approach in surgical contexts.
Objective: the study aims to explain the comprehensive perioperative approach of a patient with severe hemophilia A within the framework of a frequent pathology of the bile duct.
Method: description of a clinical case including the patient’s medical history, current diseases, pre, intra and postoperative management.
Results: the proposed procedure was achieved, programing of human resources, inputs and infrastructure was optimized.
Conclusions: the patient’s hemostasis was achieved for the goal set and this detailed analysis may result in improvement for future procedures.
