Abstract
Familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) is an autosomal dominant inherited disorder characterized by the presence of hundreds of adenomatous polyps throughout the colon.
A clinical case of a woman who developed after colectomy due to FAP, extracolonical complications (adenoma of the duodenum), whose control and therapy are being discussed.
